During his corporate career, Pushpal was associated with various Indian and Multinational business houses including a Media Conglomerate – Essel Group, gaining experience across entire gamut of Corporate Law Compliances including formation/conversion of entities, fund raising, listing/delisting, managing compliances under SEBI regulations, handling Board & Corporate Governance process of large listed entities, Shareholders / Investor services, Corporate Restructuring, Mergers & Acquisitions, liasoning with regulatory authorities, Stock Exchanges, Registrar & Share Transfer Agent etc, representing Company in the inspection/investigation process by various regulatory authorities like CBI, SFIO, Regional Director etc, compounding of offences under Companies Act & FEMA etc. After two decades in Corporate, Pushpal started-off as Practicing Company Secretary, with an intent to provide specialised services based on experience gained.
